A mural from the Nature vs. Technology: Lessons in Complexity: Webinar

Building off Mickey McManus's work published in the book 'Trillions,' Mickey and Diana Dosik of Boston Consulting Group joined our Head of Services, Mark Tippin to discuss how we continue to exist in a world where there are trillions of processors to contend with.

We zoomed out a bit in this webinar. Because of this moment in history we've all found ourselves a part of, we felt it was important to highlight the importance of imagination and play. Dreamers, though often dismissed, are critical to our future. Of course, before anything can be made, it must be imagined, and in most cases, that vision must be shared among a team, studio, factory, or community in order for it to be designed, orchestrated or enjoyed.

In a highly interactive hour and change, Diana and Mickey broke down what we can learn from complex and disruptive systems like the Internet of Things (IoT) and biology, and explored how humans can leverage visual platforms to think bigger, together.
