We were joined by Bigger Picture's founder Ole Qvist-Sørensen last week, along with our own Mark Tippin, for a webinar exploring the basics of Visual Collaboration, the title of the newly released book co-authored by Ole.
Ole made the case that using visuals, like sketches or drawings, will strengthen the way teams think, communicate, & collaborate together.
After talking us through who would benefit from visual collaboration (there were specific examples, but *spoiler alert* everyone can benefit from it), and his system visualization theory, Ole introduced the five building blocks.
This webinar scratched the surface of building block #1 (but stay tuned for more webinars in this series that will deep dive into each one).
Ole asked a few people to live sketch alongside him and Mark, and invited the audience to participate from wherever they were calling in from as well. Pen + paper, stylus + tablet -- come one, come all. ✍️
